When you use MeetX, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and calendar events. If you connect Google Calendar, we request read-only access to view your upcoming meetings to allow our AI to join them on your behalf.
The information we collect is used strictly to provide the MeetX service. Specifically, calendar data is used to extract meeting links so our bot can join. Audio data from meetings is transcribed and summarized using AI models. We do not use your meeting data or transcripts to train our AI models, nor do we sell this data to third parties.
MeetX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain your transcripts and summaries as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, all meeting transcripts, summaries, and calendar sync data are permanently removed from our servers.
